Sidecar file curve encoding

Dear All,

in the LL3 sidecar files the curves are saved in the following form:
[Exposure]

Curve=4;0;0;0.050000000000000003;0.037207359131962131;1;1;

which is basically the following structure:
Curve=n;x1;y1;x2;y2;…xm;ym;

I am trying to figure out what the first number (n=4 in my example) stands for. It is definitely not the number of control points. I have seen n=1 and 4 so far with no apparent differences in the settings.

Does someone know what n is?

Thank you!

It’s the curve type (standard, flexible, parametric, control cage)
