Siril 1.4 beta 1 character spacing is wrong, making app unusable

On my MacBook, Siril 1.4.0-beta 1 smashes all the letters together, making it difficult to read. It doesn’t do this on my 2020 Mac Mini. Both are running 15.4.1.
