Hello to all, in Siril when I get to Colour calibration and it asks for focal length, with uisding a dslr with a crop factor do I insert the actual lens length eg 100mm or do I insert the cropped length of 150mm? Does it really matter ? If I have not shot a specific nebula with a designated number and have left the RA and Dec values empty will the colour calibration factors with only focal length and pixel size still work ? Thanks in anticipation of enlightening info. many thanks

You need to have RA and Dec unless you use blind plate solve from astrometry.net’s solve-field program. The sampling and field of view information is important to obtain the star catalogue matching the image, If you crop a little it’s not a big concern as long as it works…
