Siril not recognizing Seestar Script

I recently purchased a Seestar and downloaded Siril for my Mac. I downloaded the Seestar script and entered the path into preferences/scripts, refreshed, and applied, but the Seestar script does not appear on the Scripts drop down menu. I’ve tried re-downloading Siril and the SeeStar script, deleting all scripts and then closing and reopening Siril, but nothing works.

Anyone else having this issue or knows of how to fix it? Thanks.

Please. Share the script you have downloaded a d a screenshot of your siril preferences.
We cannot guess what’s the issue is without more information.

This is the link to the file I downloaded from Github: preprocessing/Seestar_Preprocessing.ssf · main · FA / siril-scripts · GitLab

Screengrabs of the scripts menu and of preferences are below:

Yes, but I’d like to make sure you haven’t downloaded an html version of the page.

Also, last line of your preferences is not good at all. You wrote a filepath… Where you need a directory path.

I did not download an HTML version of the page. No HTML extension associated with the file.

You were right that the file path was the issue. I thought I needed to point to the file rather than the directory. Problem solved. Thank you!

Hi Brett. I am having the exact same issues as you have described.
I see you have resolved your issue. Can you please tell me how you did this?
I am not tech savvy so if you are able to help me, please make it as simple as possible.
Many thanks in advance

Without being a tech. We wrote a tutorial that explains step by step how to proceed.

Thank you.
How do I point it to the directory and not the file?
