Size mismatch when stacking

So, I recently began having problems stacking in Siril. I use an ASI533 MC Pro so all images are 3008 x 3008 and I’ve checked them all in each folder in my working directory. There are no extra files and all are identical in size. I can stack the files in DSS from the same source directory and they stack perfectly. This only began recently. Totally stumped.
