I thought this would be a fun title for a category of various photos taken in urban settings, from street photography to architecture, but maybe this should be a place for quick shots we encounter during walks. What do you think? If you like it, post your shots, otherwise let it be buried.

these ones are from “cats in a pod on her front in Brugge(/Bruges)” Cats in a pod on her front in Brugge photobook – photobook dungeon
ZĂĽrich has many great murals. This is one of them, and my favourite. I may have posted it before, but this is a fresh snap.
And this is a cute one (on the street-facing side of a nearby building):
Bicycle P+R under Zürich’s main station, next to the recently opened underground bicycle tunnel:
The other side, for e-bikes and similar vehicles:
What lens did you use? Distortion suggests fisheye to some extent … or was this a phone-captured ultra-wide?
It was my Lumix LX7, at 24 mm equivalent, but I set target geometry to stereographic to avoid distorting people close to the edges, and to get a bit wider view. Of course, that distorted straight lines.
I should have set the camera to its native 16:9 aspect ratio (4144x2248) to go even wider; the original image was 3:2 (3776x2520).
With stereographic:
Without lens correction and cropping as wide as possible, showing where I have no data to work with:
