Could you try starting it from command line such that we can see error messages? Furthermore, OS type and version as well as darktable version would be good to have.

it doesn’t start. No need to proof that with a video giving no further information.
run darktable -d common from command line and post that information (as a text attachment)

That’s a windows os screen. You most likely have an issue with opencl. Go and update to the latest drivers from the card website. You might also need to uninstall the opencl compatibility drivers from windows.

The new version of dt (4.6) should release today. It might also help.
