Spacing images in Print Creator

I like being able to render a contact sheet with my images using the Print Creator mode in digiKam. I’m currently using the latest 6.3 version on Windows. I’d like to be able to space the images out on the sheet a little better and allow for the text to float just beneath the photo. Is it possible to do this? I’m not seeing much in the way of being able to adjust that feature. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just bumping this to see if there are any solutions/workarounds in digiKam. I hate to resort to Lightroom, but I might need to for this purpose. TIA.
