Stacking large number lucky imaging files

I do Lucky imaging and I have more then 20,000 files.
Is there a way to stack this in Siril?

Sure. But Lucky imaging is generally done with SER files. It is better.
You can convert all your files in a SER file to start. Siril can do it.
