I am a total newbie to all of this. I have been processing images etc fine and have the most up to date version. When I go to use starnet I am unable to use it. I get "No valid Starnet executable found in the configured StarNet installation directory. Check your StarNet installation and Siril configuration.
Do I have to download Starnet separately? I don’t seem to be able to do this from the website. Sorry this is probably a very stupid question!

Yes starnet is not a tool from the siril team, you have to install it first, see this documentation: StarNet Star Removal — Siril 1.2.5 documentation
