Strange checkerboarding pattern after using RGB_Composition Script

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know why Siril is producing the attached pattern on my images after using the RGB_Composition Script? I followed the instructions that the company put out for using the script, and added in L and UHC Stacked frames for the composition.

For Calibrating the original stacks, I used only Bias frames as a test. Camera was a Zwo ASI2600MC Duo if it helps for diagnosis.

What you see here is the trace of Bayer’s pattern. The image has probably not been demosaiced correctly. Preferences may not be set correctly.
