Strange green artifacts after raw conversion

I took some shots to test a new camera and I discovered strange green artifacts in the top left corner of the image.
I shot RAW + JPEG so I can show two crops:

This is the file processed with RawTherapee 5.7:

This the JPEG created by the camera:

You can download the raw file from here:

Does anybody know what causes the problem and how it can be fixed?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a 200% crop that makes the problem more visible:

The automatic ca correction fails on this file. Disable it

This file is a nice example how the white balancing before ca-correction and demosaic can affect the output. Here is a crop with camera-wb instead of auto-wb before ca-correction and demosaic with auto ca-correction enabled.

Thank you, disabling auto ca correction removed the green artifacts.

About CA, I have a question: there are two CA removal tools, one in the Transform tab and one in the Raw tab. What’s the purpose of having two tools?

It looks like the one in the Raw tab is enabled by default, is the other one a legacy from older versions?

The other one can be used for non-raw files
Usually the one in raw tab works well except for the cases (as with your raw) where the auto white balance fails.

I must admit that I did not understand what you wrote. I was using the Camera setting for the white balance, so I suppose that it is what you call camera-wb.
Are you using a feature that is not present in version 5.7?

Yes, my last screenshot was using modified code.
