There are many I know, but I want to thank Iain Fergusson for his moire removal filter in testing.
Maybe it isn’t new, new but I have only recently got the most recent G’MIC.
I have used it a few times already and find it great for getting rid of noise in photos even , if you dont want them too smoothed out
