I am using RawTherapee 4.1.1 on mac os 10.8.5 but the RAW color is strange

Your camera is not supported because you are using a version of RawTherapee from 2014. Update to RawTherapee 5.7, or wait for 5.8 which will be released tomorrow.

The macOS version 10.8 will not be recent enough to handle newer versions of RT.
