I’m following the workflow below in RC1 and the plot tab is blank, no graphed data. This worked in the Beta versions as expected.
Run the preprocess script of your choice
Change working directory/Home to the PROCESS folder
Select Sequence tab
• Click Search sequence
• Select the r_pp_light_seq sequence
• Enable AutoStretch mode in the view
• If screen is green just click the unlink auto stretch to not show the green
Click the Plot tab
Drag select spiked frames, right click and pick Exclude frame
• You can select Show frame to see that frame in question and the frame list
Select Stacking tab
• Use default settings
• Method = Average stacking with rejection
• Normalization = Additive with scaling
○ Do not Recompute
○ Do not Faster normalization
• Pixel rejection = Winsorized Sigma Clipping
○ Sigma low = 3
○ Sigma high = 3
• Weighting = None
• Image rejection you can set criteria for included/excluded frames to tighten the criteria
• Stacking results
○ Enable Output Normalization
○ Enable RGB equalization
○ Enable Force 32b output
