The Velvet Queen

A small post to recommend a must see documentary for anyone interested in wildlife photography. In it there are no superfluous narrations or staged/compiled action scenes like you would see in a BBC documentary. It’s much more serene and grounded.

There are some musings about wildlife photography, humanity’s place and disconnect with nature, being in the “now” and being able to appreciate your surroundings etc.

I didn’t know Vincent Munier prior to watching this but now I’m interested in learning more about his work
