Timelines to fix dll issue with Gimp2.10.xx and GMIC

Getting Dll errors while loading GMIC 2.9.9 as well as 2.9.8 versions.

I couldn’t find 3.0 under pre-release the link will download file with 0 size, I assume this is not yet published.

can you tell me which version of GMIC can I use with my Gimp 2.10 version.

The pre-release binary packages are there : Index of /files/prerelease
(I don’t see 0-length files there).

Should be OK now, the installer for the latest dev version is back for Windows.
