Tone curves tutorial

Where can I find a good tutorial on RT tone curves?. This is the thing that confuses me most.

This is a fantastic resource, and thanks for posting it. As a relatively new user to RT, I’m trying to find reliable, well-written documentation on this software. This one’s definitely getting saved.
