My trial license expired and I purchased the PixInsight commercial license. The best information I could find was to reinstall Pixinsight so I could enter the new license key. It worked. I was led to believe that my previous install of Starnet2 would still work. It was missing. I tried to reinstall Starnet2. I have not been able to get it to work. Pixinsight is useless to me without Starnet2. Can some explain how to resolve this problem?
If you’ve paid for a license, surely you’ve paid for support also… why not ask Pixinsight?
Already did - have not heard back yet. Sometimes the tribal knowledge is faster
