Not a single tree, but a small forest. Perth and Kinross is known as “Big Tree” country. This was taken on Drummond Hill, just above Loch Tay.
The reason for the square crop is that it is a candidate for our local community magazine that uses this format.

Obviously a different crop and I decided to emphasize the greens that are in this image. The sky is somewhat problematic though.
