Trouble loading files from external HDD

Hello there

I am having a trouble loading files from external HDD on Ubuntu. I even tried to make a link to the files and that should do but it wont open any external files. It just does not see them. It opens local files regularly. Is there a work around for this?

Where did you get Natron from?

From Ubuntu Software downloader.

Yeah, that’s a snap package. It’s not supported by us in any way, and has known issues. I recommend getting the official binary from Releases · NatronGitHub/Natron · GitHub.
