The Unified Transform tool you can use in Gimp has a status bar, how do deactive/remove this bar so it won’t show up every time you use the tool?

Ive used Gimp for years and it has only occurred now. Before i could adjust the size of the image and press cmd + s, and I would like that again :sun_with_face:

If you were just adjusting the size of the image you probably were not using the UT, but the Scale tool. This tool is still there but it is “hidden” in a group to reduce clutter. See here for how to select tool or change the groups, or remove them completely.

You can also find the Scale tool using Tools > Transform tools > Scale or hitting Shift-S.
