Using seqsubsky in the GUI

Couple of questions about this very helpful command

1. Does the “timing” matter? I usually use it after registration and before stacking.

2. Can it be done through the GUI? I couldnt seem to find the option for this

3. I normally use 1 as the parameter - any suggestions on what to use under different circumstances?

Wrong. It need to be used before registration

For sequence, 1 is generally good enough, as explained in the tutorial.
