I am not able to view DT exported jp2/j2k files in Geequi, xnview or its native gnome image viewer. Any solution?
Only thing i’ve found so far is gimp will load them.
the deepin image viewer is supposed to be able to handle them, but the version i tried doesnt recognize the file.
UPDATE:
rename the extension. make sure it is .jp2, darktable wasn’t able to open them as .j2k, but changing the extension made it work. That might be the issue with Geequi or xnview, EyeofGnome (Nave gnome viewer?)
Thanks @AdmFubar What I found was that ImageMagick GUI is the only program which is able to open it but it is not refined as a viewer. The problem is 12bit, 8bit jp2 can be opened by above mentioned viewers.
