I created a RAW file using the One Colour Filter in my Lumix TZ100. In Rawtherapee I can see the result of the One Colur Filter when I use the Inspect Tab but image in the Preview Panel shows all colours and when I save the image and view in other editors/viewers I cannot see the results of the One Colour Filter. How do I save the image with the filter applied? Many thanks
Effects and filters are only applied to JPG output, including the preview image embedded in the raw file. The actual raw data (values recorded by the sensor) is unaffected.
Panasonic’s own software, if they have one, may be able to develop the image with the filter applied.

You can probably achieve a similar effect in software from the raw file. In darktable I have used the color equalizer tool to desaturate every color except for green. I could have picked any color. I presume rawtherapee has a similar tool that you could use.
The One Colour Filter (and all other camera image adjustments) are only applied to the JPEG file. That JPEG is also embedded in the raw file, which is what you see in the inspect tab and most image viewers.
