what are the small full-frame camera options?

It wonder if it’s even relatively “cheap” given it’s made in France, must have tiny volumes and has to try to recoup capital and development costs on small sales.

The rangefinder element alone supposedly costs around 1000€ to make. At least according to some YouTube video I watched at some point.
