After stacking 250 30s images using an ASI585 camera and an EQM-35 Pro mount operated by an ASIair the processed image has some equatorial? noise lines. It mainly occurs after using BGE but varies depending on which tool is used.
Can anyone identify the source of the noise?

No, background extraction does not add this noise. It only makes it more visible by flattening the image.
This noise is typically due to a lack of dithering during exposures.
