With Local Adjustments:
Layers placed in this order:
- First: We fix a little bit the full image with some contrast, the car bonnet lights and some luminosity.
- Black: All the image in black
- ExBlack: Exclude the part of the image in black that we are interested in.
- Blurring: All the image blurred
- ExBlurring: We exclude the part of blurring that we are interested in.
