Where I can find history of darktable development?

Hello everyone,

I am using darktable for a while and since it’s a oss project. I am curious to know how it developed from a idea to reality. I searched in Google but their are not much resources about it’s history. So I want to know is there any other place to look for the history of darktable.

For anyone who approach FOSS photo processing programs nowadays there are two dominating raw developers, dt and RT, (with their fairly recent forks, Ansel and ART).
