Which part of RT is it that makes up the 'plug-in' for gimp?

Following some counseling from regular member of this forum, Ofnuts, I would like some clarification of just which part of a RawTherapee build to put in the gimp plug-ins folder (~/.config/GIMP/2.10/plug-ins in my environment) so as to be able to invoke RawTherapee when attempting to open a raw file in gimp.

I’m duplicating this request in the dt ‘channel’

I know you were able to open RawTherapee from GIMP, but for knowledge’s sake, here’s an answer. The RawTherapee plug-in comes with GIMP, so nothing needs to be added to the plug-ins folder. The plug-in will find the RawTherapee executable using the PATH environment variable.
