Nice picture. I tried to crop (16:9) to get rid of the power cables. Otherwise a little bit of O and T and everything else.

Your pic keeps the details in white houses, and has more punch than mine. Mountains have more texture

I see you use local contrast module (twice). I have used it a lot (clarity and HDR presets). Don’t know if Contrast Equalizer is a replacement for it, I need to try it more.

Thanks, looks like you you expanded the dynamic range through Tone Equalizer TE.
When you apply local contrast module (very last step before output color profile), why do you mask white houses ?

well, the power cables is a recurrent topic. One never knows when they interfere or they are just another part of the scene
.
I see you apply Local Contrast twice, one in laplacian and the other in bilateral grid mode.
And split toning you enhance greens of trees and provide a general tint to the pic
