I went for a similar tight crop, which it survives remarkably well. DT5.4 AgX and Color Balance RGB to bring the contrast back and a subtle vignette to darken the backdrop a little.
For me the haze from the window wasn’t a problem. AgX pickers fixed the contrast fine and I added a bit of local contrast module which I normally do. Besides a crop. Nothing fancy. SIU01694.ARW.xmp (11.7 KB)
I think I’m getting better with the DorS module. Tried to dial in local contrast and sharpness with it. Then AgX for global contrast. Used tone equaliser to make the background against the pigeon a little darker.
