Is there any chance that you will release an alpha version of Natron, to give us an idea of what you are preparing and a possible date for the official release of the next version?
There is no plan because of limited devs available. You are welcome to contribute should you want to speed things along. It’ll be ready when it’s ready regardless.
All development is open on the GitHub, so you can see what’s being prepared in real time. Like xeiavica said, development is slow due to lack of core developers. So even if a new release comes out, it won’t be a full release but rather a maintenance release. You might see some quality-of-life changes and bug fixes, but don’t expect new features.
