To reproduce:
Use Opera 12.18
Open Sunrise over Söderåsen National Park
Click the image => image opens zoomed to fit screen size, ok
But mouse cursor shows zoom-out ‘-’ instead of zoom in ‘+’ when I hover over the image.
When I click on image it correctly zooms into full resolution
In Chromium-48.0.2564.116/Plasma5 when I click the image so it opens in the lightbox the cursor changes to a (-)
when I hover over the background, but when I hover over the image it does not change - it remains an arrow.
This is the same (I presume expected) behavior in Chrome 48.0.2564.116 m
on Win7.
I will grab some Opera and start testing this soon. If I can recreate I’ll report it upstream.
Ping
Ok, quickly tested this morning with (on Linux):
Chrome 53.0.2785.92 (64-bit)
Opera 40.0.2308.62 (Looks like 12.18 is an old version for windows?)
In both cases, clicking on the image expands it to fill the view (expected).
The mouse outside the bounds of the image shows the (-)
and does collapse the image back to the post.
Hovering over the image only shows the cursor as normal.
Clicking the enlarged image scales it to 100% size.
These are all expected behavior I think. What are we expecting to happen?
The only change possibly could be showing an “enlarge”/“zoom-in” cursor if hovering over the already enlarged image.
I’ll test on windows this week when I’m back on an actual windows machine.
