Hi, I’m trying to convert some raw DNG files to linear EXR using Natron and I can’t figure out how to get the proper resolution when using a read node.
It seems like it’s reading the jpg preview instead of the raw file as I get a 720p resolution.
Here is a link to the DNG file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11JpG1YMxsOLNyTRQzKU-kG42oeoTqc-Q/view?usp=sharing
Any help would be very appreciated,
Thank you

Hi,
I just tested your image and it’s 6024x4048 here. What version of Natron are you using and on what platform?

Strange?!? I’m getting 720*480
Natron version 2.4 on Windows 10
I’m using a standard read node. Do I need a ReadOIIO? If yes I couldn’t figure out where to find it?

I was testing on macOS. I can replicate your issue on Windows.
I will take a look and try to find out where the problem is.

I just installed Natron 2.4 on my MacBook Pro and I get the right resolution (6024*4048) with a read node right away.
Thank you very much for your help and I hope you guys can fix the bug on Windows in the future.
Anyway, hats off to all the dev who worked on Natron, it’s a very impressive software!
Cheers

This has now been fixed on Windows and will be part of our next release, thanks for reporting and providing sample files.
