I’m about to order a z50ii kit coming from a d3100/d700 (d700 getting too heavy for my hikes)
I’ve tried several z50ii NEFs I found in various places. None of them could be loaded in dt 5.0.1. LibRaw apparently does not support the z50ii
I’m aware of the issue with high efficiency NEFs, but basically uncompressed or compressed nefs are fine for my usage
Could someone with a z50ii confirm DT5.2.0 can or cannot load those NEFs?

On raw.pixls.us are some files you can test. Rename them from tiff to nef after downloading. All the lossless ones open fine for me in 5.2.0 flatpak version.
As the release notes and the camera support page clearly state, Nikon HE raws are not currently supported. Please switch your camera to lossless.
Yes. i’m aware of the HE ‘issue’. My question was about the other available NEFs since I had a problem om my debian 5.0.1 DT install with various downloaded uncompressed/standard compressed NEFs
