You will need this LUT as well:
Fuji Velvia 50.zip (904.5 KB)

It’s been some time since I have edited photos regularly, so this took me some time to get right… I went for good ol’ Filmic v6 and despite using Sigmoid for years, I still like coming back to this module

Also, I don’t even remember when I last contributed to Playraw by editing

Lovely shot! I went for a closer crop, which took more time than the rest of the edit  - Just a lift of the yellows and blues to offset the stone against the sky.

ART with AgX. I see a ski lift behind. Must be a lovely place for skiing.

GIMP.
A beautiful image and beautifully framed. I have only made subtle changes, principally an increase of saturation of the sky and the stonework.

I haven’t expected to see a dt xmp file with this edit. More some descriptions to what gmic filters have been used. Seems like there are very interesting effects possible in dt as well.

Yes, it’s amazing what you can achieve with Darktable alone.

I tried to do something a little different, and to do so I had to use Darktable’s modules in a different way than I usually do.

It was fun playing around with another one of your beautiful photos.

Thank you for sharing it.

might just be my lack of experience in darktable but it’s quite hard to get really good results

Not tried an edit yet . Just added heavenly rays. How do you you make one of Popanz’s photos better?
