I started learning DT a few months ago, along with it how to properly do post digital processing. I feel my workflow has developed to an acceptable level, though I do have quite a lot to learn. This image is from my photo adventures over the last summer.
In this image I am toying with high contrast along the lines of clarity at a moderate distance. Think along the lines of stage make-up. If you are up close it is very dramatic and defines facial features. To the audience, the facial features are well defined and look natural.
