Nice capture. Tried to increase contrast in the skyline for some dramatic effect, Color Balance RGB [Daytime time preset] that I have, and increased saturation to use the green to pull the eyes to the tower.

Thank you! I did nothing special except a local spot for the grey sky to merge original image. I have no idea how this might work mathematically, but I like to use it sometimes.

Oh I used a LUT Provia 100 Generic here

I think the main reason for the sunny effect is, the red of the bricks. Mine is a bit dull yours is bright and saturated.
