Nice capture. Tried to increase contrast in the skyline for some dramatic effect, Color Balance RGB [Daytime time preset] that I have, and increased saturation to use the green to pull the eyes to the tower.

That’s what I was looking for. On your edit the sun looks more like sun.
Thank you! I did nothing special except a local spot for the grey sky to merge original image. I have no idea how this might work mathematically, but I like to use it sometimes.

I think the main reason for the sunny effect is, the red of the bricks. Mine is a bit dull yours is bright and saturated.
after looking at the other edits, I thought mine is too red
I don’t think so, even so the tone could be a little bit warmer.
My next edit looks like that:
It got to much sun = sunburn
It was by intend, but I fear I have overdone it.
