Two stitched panos from the Flumserberg.
oohhnoooo!! What white balance should you use???
I like what you picked.
Proof that it’s not totally impossible to make interesting images with a phone
Slightly worried that when I get the chance to process the shots from my “proper” camera, they won’t be as nice as this iPhone pano
Now, that’s a stunning view
Must have been even more impressive to see it in person, @TonyBarrett !
Photo taken today…
These are fruits of the plane tree, male fruits because they are yellowish.
They fell from the neighbor’s tree and believe it or not, they got stuck in a fish eye that was screwed into a wooden post on our property, what are the odds?
Impressive… Specially since the branch is oddly aesthetic aswell, the bottom fruit is almost centered relative to the wood. Cool stuff
I got up today at stink-early (that’s the official name for any time before 6 AM) and drove an hour down to Lake Chicot State Park on the chance there might be some sunrise photo opportunities. I found mosquitoes in the hour prior to sunrise – no surprise there – but not much color in the foliage nor the sky. I guess I need to go back later in the year, with an eye to better light potential. After all, it’s only a 120 mile round trip…
Photographically everything there was basically the same tone and color, so getting any spatial separation was very difficult …and I’m sure I ended up putting some lipstick on these pigs while processing, despite my intentions.

One more from yesterday morning. I’ll also post this as a Play Raw, since it’s pretty borderline in terms of exposure, etc. It may be a good one to bang your head against…
This is beautiful!
Thanks!
Oh yeah that’s a spectacular color palette!
Thanks - I got lucky while processing. There were a few other edits I made but ended up turning them off before exporting the TIFF.
