Does anybody have any knowledge as to when and if at all the ppa repository maintained by Pascal de Bruijn will receive an update to 2.6.0 for xenial Ubuntu?

Darktable Releases : Pascal de Bruijn still shows 2.4.4 for xenial. Or is it time to upgrade my Mint to 19.x?

@steja68 the read me for the PPA says

I will update things when I see fit to do so.

So there is no timeline.

You could try the flatpak version of dark table, which is at version 2.6 now.

I’m on Kubuntu but use this from OpenSuse in my package manager Muon, currently running 2.7.0 with no problems; http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/graphics:/darktable:/master/xUbuntu_18.10/ /

Hello I would like to ask if there is in development Import for Cannon CR3 type. I just bought a new Camera and apart from their (Cannon) software I couldn’t Find anything similar. Thank you in advance.

It will take a while. Meanwhile you can use RawTherapee or ART.

Or you might use Adobe DNG-Converter (runs in Wine) and then import the DNGs !!
