Darktable Beginner Editing of the Todtnauer Waterfalls

I took this picture on our holiday in the Black Forest in Germany. I’m still a beginner in photography and editing with Darktable, so i like to see what else could be made with this picture to learn and improve my knowledge with Darktable.

Welcome Kevin…you need to add a CC license to allow people to edit your photo…

See here

You can upload your raw as you have but you can submit a lower quality jpg…yours is almost as large as your raw file…thanks for sharing…

Thanks for the advice I have added the license for the raw file. I will upload the jpg in a lower quality later this evening. For the moment I have removed the large one.

Nice photo. There is not much editing you have to do. But of course you can do a lot (that’s why it’s called playraw  .

Welcome @KevDi!
Thanks for the nice picture!
Here is my take with darktable.
I opted for warm colors and a sunset mood.

A great photograph. It gave me an opportunity to play. Sorry, not Darktable, but GIMP.
