Darktable not supported though is should be?

Hi. MacBook Pro 2019 16" Intel 9, Tahoe 26.2 Darktable should run but all I get is tis message;
You can’t open the application “darktable” because this application is not supported on this Mac.
Tried everything to be found online including different comands via Terminal, nothing helps. Anybody have something to help me? BRGDS Yka

In the Release Notes for version 5.4.0 it states:

The upcoming bugfix release 5.4.1 will again support Intel Macs with macOS 15 or above. The nightly builds already do so.
