Welcome! This is a known issue.

As both the release notes and the camera support page clearly state, Samsung Expert RAWs (i.e. DNGs that are of the latest version 1.7 using JPEG XL compression) are not currently supported.

This worked for me with S25 ultra. May work for you as well:

  1. Download the latest version of Adobe DNG Converter.
  2. From the Change Preferences, Set the following:

Compatibility: Camera RAW 14.0 and later
JPEG Preview: Full Size (I guess this is optional)
Embed fast load data
Don’t use lossy compression (because this may reduce the quality)
Preserve Pixel Count
Embed Original

After converting the resultant dng files should be supported in Darktable as well as Rawtherapee.
I tested this on the dng files which were not recognized by Darktable and RawThreapee and after converting these using the above settings, I can now work these these in in Darktable 5.2.1.
