Hi! I tried to achieve a filmic look with this photo; I’d love to see your versions.

Hmmm. I’m not getting all of the golden-brownish colors y’all are getting. But, here’s mine.

Not sure it’s a filmic look, but here is my play in GIMP.

A second run. I don’t like the clouds in my first version

My version with agx-emulsion using kodak ektar 100 and kodak endura premier data. I slightly boosted the gamma of the paper.

I did not try to imitate film, because film has no way of cutting through the atmospheric haze and putting colorfulness back into the image. I chose to embrace digital and try and remove the effects of the haze. However, I usually use sigmoid but this low contrast image was easier for me to work using filmic. There are some images I just like filmic for and this is one of them.

No particular film look from me either, just some quick and dirty digital PP’ing.

Just by way of an experiment I have revisited this image and applied multiple split toning.

Here is another evolution of my edit. I really liked the warmer tones seen in some images. I downloaded the xmp files for a couple of images but @Popanz use of the color contrast module seemed to help me add to add the warmth I wanted. I have neglected this module but it deserves a closer look.
