Fog against the sunrise

A few months after I got my first and only camera in 2018, in a visit to my hometown, I woke up early to look for a river that runs a few kilometers outside the town.
I’ve never seen such a dense mist. I couldn’t find the river, it was impossible.
So I took pretty pictures of the fog against the sunrise. Here I share two that I like.
This is my edit back in 2018, let’s see what you can do and if I somewhat improve.
I was learning, so the shots are far from perfect.
