Dan,
Some dll are missing :libfftw 3.3.dll , Qt5core.dll, Qt5.Gui.dll, Network.dll.
Have you an idea for these dll?

Just for reference, the place to look is: Index of /files/windows

However the one you want is the 32 bit zip https://gmic.eu/files/windows/gmic_gimp2.10_qt_win32.zip

Unzip, put the whole gmic_gimp_qt folder in the Gimp user profile plug-ins folder:
C:\Users"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins That is all that is required.

Why not the Windows installer? It dumps all the dll’s in the gmic_gimp_qt\platforms folder hence gmic does not work
