Local edit, dynamic range compression bug?

I tried using the local dynamic range tool in the latest dev build and noticed some odd behavior. When it is applied to the whole image, the right hand side seems to have a some sort of border. It is particularly visible in the sky.

Can someone please confirm this bug so I can report it. Thanks.

I’m seeing the same thing with the most recent build 8bb06c2c4. I’m tracking it down to RCD demosaic but might be confused. Will do some more tests maybe tomorrow. Perhaps only on portrait oriented shots…

I had to get some photos out now and switching to Amaze sorted it out.

I hope you’re confused and it’s not a bug in RCD mosaic

Started this thread instead of polluting this one.

This is an early notice and I will take some new photos and test again tomorrow.

The initial bug was found with an X-Trans and not a Bayer file, so I doubt it is is tied to demosaicing.
