My take is brighter, though the moon is already up in the sky.
1. RawTherapee → defringe → linear Rec2020 → AMaZE+VNG4 → filter pixels → 32f
2. gmic → smooth (guided 1/2) → contrast, brighten (curves) → blend back sky → contrast (curve) → blend back sky → adjust chroma (curve) → sharpen (LoG) → resize

But… what snapseed (didn’t know about it until you mentioned) did that DT couldn’t?
new here and just now aware this site mostly support open source.
after editing on dt. i get another perspective from my phone and do final touch on snapseed.
but definitely possible to edit only dt. snapseed is mostly convenience.
Rawtherapee but couldn’t get where I wanted to so more in fotoxx this time from a full sized jpg. I decided to try and make it more contrasty and brighter.
