Sitting on some older pictures, I thought this might be nice for a Play Raw:

What kind of fairytale wonderland do you live in? The houses look so nice
Anyways, nice Lotus, I might give this one a shot later

The photo was taken in our beautiful neighbour country Switzerland:

My little Tupperware needs a run from time to time :upside_down_face:

Lovely picture!
Two of my former colleagues also drive Lotus Elise and another one (Exige?). They were constantly discussing epoxy resin, fibreglass fabric, zip ties and other important things you need for such a vehicle :grimacing:

If you need to discuss the first two things, it isn’t real fun and you had some impact.
Zip ties were used for fixing lose indicators when the nose of the bracket is broken (which probable hit any Elise MK2 owner in the past - proper English engineering ). Nowadays there is a 3D printed repair solution.

A bit of fun in GIMP. I decided that there are two images.

Taking up @lphilpot’s waxing idea. I think there was some chrome in my polish:

I did not want to mention what they said. Okay, if you can fix it it yourself it is good engineering :kissing_heart:

If you look at some parts of this car, you are not really astonished thst British car industry went down the drain. On the other hand, driving an Elise leaves you very puzzle about the BMW slogan “Freude am Fahren” how dare they to have this slogan.

This is exacly what they say :joy:
And repairing it is part of the joy they have

Eine einfache Bearbeitung in DT 5.1. Schönes Auto. Schade um die Kabelbinder, die es zusammenhalten.
